HOW IT WORKS?

STEP 1: NEEDS ASSESSMENT

Meet with us so that we could to identify discuss your overall needs, the type of worker you prefer and, the country where we source our candidates. This would help us develop a job profile and find the best immigration pathway. Normally at this stage, we visit your operation to discuss your needs and your long-term plans in detail or discuss your requirements over the phone. 

STEP 2: GOVERNMENT AUTHORIZATIONS TO HIRE FOREIGN WORKERS

Work with our staff to prepare all necessary documentation and government authorizations to hire workers from abroad. We might need more information and some additional documents at this stage.

STEP 3: RESUMES AND INTERVIEWS

Pre-screen resumes and interview the candidates. We provides normally 2 or 3 resumes per one position and assists with the interviewing process. Interviews are usually done by Skype, Zoom or phone. Once you have decided on a suitable candidate we will help you to prepare the job offer to the candidate. Candidate accepts the job offer.

STEP 4: CANDIDATE’S PAPERWORK

Our agency work with the candidate to process their paperwork to travel to Canada. Meanwhile, we keep you up to date during the whole process and informs you of the candidate’s arrival dates or any changes to their schedule. We will identify with employer, candidate and his family (if needed) settlement support needs and prepare them for arrival.

STEP 5: TRAVEL AND POST-ARRIVAL SUPPORT

We will work with the candidate and you to ensure trouble-free travel arrangements to get your employee from the source country to Canada. We meet the arriving worker and take care of basic needs like getting a drivers’ license, Social Insurance Number, Health Card, setting up a bank account – all the administrivia of being employed in Canada.
