Canada Farm Jobs is located and operated out of Saskatoon, SK. The agency is owned and operated by Victoria Gyshchak Immigration Consulting and it has been providing assistance to farmers with their foreign recruitment needs since 2011. We passionate about connecting people together and finding the right fit for our clients.
Over the years we have developed an extensive network of applicants from Ukraine, Poland, South Africa, Namibia, Latvia, Estonia, Bulgaria, and Mexico.
We are fully familiar with the challenges faced by Canadian farmers while recruiting from overseas and have developed effective solutions to help deal with those challenges.
On the other side, we are aware of the issues faced by individuals that are trying to find suitable jobs in Canada willing to make Canada their home.

Viktoriia (Victoria) Gyshchak is an international recruitment professional working in the field since 2000.
Victoria has experience managing and developing recruitment projects in UK, Poland, Ukraine, Ireland, Sweden and Canada, including agricultural professional and internship programs.
Victoria is a licensed foreign worker recruiter in Saskatchewan, license # 000289 and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), license # R531065. She holds a Degree in Marketing, Diploma in Business Administration from Grant MacEwan University and Immigration Consultant Diploma from Ashton College.
Victoria speaks Ukrainian, Russian and English fluently.
Victoria and her family relocated from Ukraine to Saskatchewan in 2015. She personally understands the needs and challenges of candidates as well as employers in employing international workers as her own company sponsored two employees from Ukraine, going through all the bureaucratic processes herself.
Victoria prides herself on long-term business relationships and offering top quality service to both her clients and candidates alike. In her spare time, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family, reading and travelling.
